About the event
Join us as we learn to emotionally and energetically connect with colors and shapes to release and express ourselves on plant pots.
There will be a guided meditation to bring even more visualization for our emotions!
We will be acknowledging and honoring our emotions, then set intentions for what we want to bring into our lives in honor of the New Moon!
Ingrid is a Reiki Master and will be guiding an art exercise bringing energy into art on to plant pots. I facilitate Women’s Moon Circles and will be leading us into a meditation.
Brit and I will both be holding space and leading you to set your new intentions that your new succulent and grow and blossom from!
