Cancellation Policy

By booking your session, you agree to the date and time scheduled. Please note that there are no refunds for cancellations once your session is booked. If you are running late to an appointment, please notify Alexis via call or text at (415) 748-0643. If you change your mind or wish to reschedule your appointment, please notify Alexis at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment to do so. Appointments missed without notice of at least 24 hours are lost.
